Witchfinder General- a U.K. NWOBHM (New wave of British Heavy Metal) band are more or less pretty obscure to the mainstream nowadays. Unfortunately, the band broke up after 2 album releases. Their brand of DOOM metal is still refreshing to hear today- one could classify them as very- BLACK SABBATH-Like (Ozzy-era). Witchfinder General still have a HUGE cult following in the metal music scene, and their original vinyl releases are very sought after by collectors!
