Smogus Biography

“Xplo-core, that’s what they call it themselves, their Nu-metal-meltingpot of Hardcore, metal and hip-hop. Why? Because their really something different, this Dutch homegrown. Smogus is doing really everything forbidden by the Nu-metal Gods. Varieting from rattling drum & Bass shots to synthrsizer-acrobatics and from catchy grooves to yearning, grungy vocals; SMOGUS DEFIES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. But don’t let this scare you off: Smogus isn’t another circusact. Their tough raps and dizzling samples are also accompanied by whalefat guitar riffs and angry holaring. So buckle up, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.”
